(1) The appellant, George E. White, was convicted as a result of a jury trial in Superior Court of robbery in the first degree, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy in the second degree. On direct appeal, this Court vacated the conviction and sentence on the weapons charge but affirmed the other convictions and sentences. White v. State, Del. Supr., No. 265, 1987, Walsh, J. (July 14, 1988) (ORDER). Upon remand, White was resentenced on the robbery charge and upon further appeal to this Court the sentencing order was affirmed. White v. State, Del. Supr., 576 A.2d 1322 (1990).
